Your privacy is important to Considered Response and we take the issue of your privacy very seriously. We will not sell or hire your personal information to anyone.

So we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Our Privacy Policy covers the handling of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on this website, and when you use our services.

Controlling your personal information

We gather personally identifiable information through the website only when you apply to take part in paid market research focus groups or complete our contact form. In order to respond to your contact form enquiry, we ask for information including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address.
The information we collect is used for the purposes of responding to your enquiry and can be viewed only by authorised people in Considered Response and our website managers.

Your application to join our market research database

If you apply to join our database, by completing the application form you are giving your consent for us to use your data as described in this document. The information we collect then is used solely for the purposes of adding your details to the Considered Response secure database in order to offer you opportunities to participate in market research projects.

Disclosing your information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we request and receive your express permission.
Alternatively, we may be obliged to provide information in specific circumstances, e.g. to respond to a court order, or any legitimate legal request by authorities with which we must comply with, or if we discover that your behaviour on our website breaches our Terms and Conditions.

Procedures to protect personal data

We have put in place appropriate procedures and security features to implement these policies and to keep your information secure once we receive it. This is detailed in our Data Protection and Security Policy.
Considered Response (Lynne Chapman) acts as Data Controller for the data that you share with us (see below).

Mailing list subscribers

When you sign up to Join Considered Response, you will be sent emails with information about each of our new projects. We use Elastic Email to store email addrersses and sent out ther invitation emails. When you sign up to join our database and receive our email alerts, you agree to your data being stored in this way.

We will continue to send you research project alerts until you tell us not to or use the unsubscribe option on any of our emails. You may opt-out of receiving e-mails from us by following the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in all of our e-mails. Alternatively, you may email us at unsubscribe@consideredresponse.co.uk

We may keep your personal data for as long as reasonably required to meet the purposes described herein. Additionally, we will retain this information as required by law, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Web server logs

The website hosting system may gather certain information in its server logs, to monitor and manage site usage. This information is used to manage website performance as a whole and to identify any service problems. We do not colelct any personal information from website server logs.
